My stay at the Residence Inn Jacksonville Butler Boulevard was quite mixed. The cozy accommodations were spacious and clean, making me feel right at home, but the housekeeping could use some serious attention. The friendly staff did their best, especially during busy times, and the excellent location near the Town Center Mall was a real perk.
